Product Descriptions & Colours
In describing and portraying our products on Our Website, we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other Content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability from time to time without prior notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Websites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.
When you place an order on our Website, we will ship your order to the address designated by you within 2 business days. We reserve the right without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased on our Website are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss for all items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. However, we will make any reasonable effort to assist you in compensation claims.
We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order was shipped.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition. If the item arrives with tags on it must be returned with the original tags attached.
Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable. Buyer bears the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Please note that because our garments and textiles are handcrafted some minor irregularities can occur and are an inherent part of the product and should in no manner be considered a defect.
Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee.
Sale items are all a final sale & cannot be returned.
Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned.
