How do I place an order?

You should register to place an order by clicking the cart icon at the top right of your screen. Creating an account allows you to save your payment details and shipping address for quicker checkout in the future. You may also add or edit your shipping and billing information later.

To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and ADD them to the Cart. You can VIEW your Cart before completing your order at 'Checkout'.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with order details. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam Folder. Should you choose Direct Bank Transfer, you will receive an email with the details of our account number. Your order won't be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. We will hold your order for eight (8) hours. Should no payment be received within the given time, the pending order will be cancelled.

Once we received your payments, we will immediately process your order. A notification email will be sent to you for your reference.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Don & Dona accepts Paypal, Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard; and direct payment banking to our Maybank account for all purchases.

How long does it take for my orders to ship?

We try our best to ship all orders should payments be received by 12 noon that same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.
We use PosLaju Next Day Delivery shipping on all orders throughout Malaysia. Tracking numbers will be emailed accordingly to you.
